Teams worked on projects spanning aviation, rail and road transport, with mentoring from experts in transport, AI, data analytics and digital products. Minister of Transport Ilkhom Makhkamov said digitalizing transport remains a key reform priority and that the ministry intends to make the hackathon a regular event. According to First Deputy Minister Mamanbiy Omarov, the ministry runs more than 40 digital projects and its information systems are used by around 5 million people each month.
