AWS Community Day Central Asia 2026 - Tashkent

AWS Community Day Central Asia 2026 comes to Tashkent on 25 September 2026, hosted at CAEx (Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan), Main Hall 1, Milliy bog' street 1. It is organised by the AWS User Group Tashkent and closes out ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026 (22-25 September), which runs at the same venue. What it is: AWS Community Days are one-day, community-led conferences where the content is owned and delivered by community speakers, leaders and volunteers rather than by AWS itself. The Central Asia edition is run jointly by the AWS user group communities of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Programme: technical sessions, hands-on labs and networking, covering serverless, AI/ML, containers, security, DevOps and cloud architecture. Three session formats are on the agenda - short talks (~25 minutes), full talks (~45 minutes) and workshops (~2 hours). Sessions are delivered in English. Call for speakers: the CFP is open at awsug.uz/cfp and closes on 25 August 2026, with speaker notifications to follow. Organisers say they are looking in particular for sessions with practical value - ideas, approaches and insights attendees can apply directly at work. Supporters listed by the organisers include AWS, IT Park Uzbekistan, EPAM and Startup Choyxona.
